Training the next generation of project managers in Nigeria
At Codarhq, I built and deliver the PM Foundations Programme — a 14-week structured curriculum covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The programme combines theory with a live simulation exercise (Project Aqua) where students manage a fictional ₦18M nationwide product launch using Basecamp. I have designed every asset from scratch: weekly slide decks, a student handbook, facilitator guide, and assessment frameworks.
